Music This week Nov 27th thru Dec 3rd

Hey there,
Happy Thanksgiving! I hope y’all have a safe and happy holiday.
A light lineup of music this week but as always I need to be in two places at once. I sure hope Santa comes through with a clone for me. If anyone is available to watch my recorder on Fri. at Flicker I would greatly appreciate it. I really would like to record Thanksgiving II but I’ll be at Cosmic Charlie’s acoustic show at Hendershot’s. I have a long standing commitment to them. Speaking of Cosmic Charlie I hope y’all caught their incredible show last Sat. I should have it posted soon. Shelly Olin was incredible all night but really killed it during Dark Side of the Moon. I have seen Floyd perform Dark Side several times and they always had at least four singers doing great Gig In The Sky, Shelly did it by herself. Gnarly G also was stellar on sax and vocals. The Dead sets were fantastic. They even did my favorite, Terrapin Station. I was laughing about that song with John Miley when I gave him a copy of the Furthur show from the last night at Lockn’ Fest where Bobby totally blew the lyrics. They were definitely the show of the week for me. BTW Michael Wegner’s brother Jeremy will be joining them on mandolin. Check him out at: https://myspace.com/jeremywegner/music/songs
Michael’s niece Nina will open, definitely check out her fantastic voice.
I still haven’t had time to update y’all on the Hulaween / Bear Creek shows but I have posted the final day of Bear Creek as a lot of my friends had to leave on Sun. and missed it. Check out Skerik’s Orchestra At Large for something different. I’ve also posted the All Star Jam from Sat night.
