Music This Week May 6th thru May 12th

Hey there,
WOW what a fantastic weekend! The 37th AHRF was a smashing success.
Thank you to everyone that joined our celebration and especially to all the volunteers who helped. Beautiful weather, great speakers and an awesome lineup of music made this festival one of our best.
I, however, didn’t fare so well. After nearly 9 hours working on the stage and setup and 3 hours of sleep I wasn’t on top of my game on Sat. I had problems recording two bands but I guess karma was watching out for me because the two bands contained some of the people I love the most in Athens so they hopefully will forgive me the soonest. My batteries died during MrJordanMr Tonks and I ran out of space on my SD card in my recorder after 37 minutes of JGBCB. I have already sent out emails to see if I can find other recordings of the bands to complete the shows.
Yes, those were my flowers in front of the stage, I hope y’all enjoyed them.
I’m leaving Thurs for the Purple Hatter Ball. I do have an extra early bird priced ticket available. I bought my tickets when they were $75 plus taxes and fees for a total of $93 which is what I’m asking. They are now $138 plus taxes and fees and will probably be $150 at the gate. This is the 3 day pass with camping. Please let me know asap if you want the ticket and save about $50. Seven zero six 548-4488.
