In case you haven’t heard, the 35th Athens Human Rights festival is Sat. June 8th from noon until midnight. (See schedule below). Please join us Fri at 6:30 for the cleansing ceremony and drumming up the stage. A big thank you for all the wonderful people who helped us reschedule this historic event. Please come on down and join the celebration, buy a T-shirt make a donation, etc. We have a lot of bills to pay. Thank you.

KENOSHA KID Centered around the instru-improv jazz
compositions of guitarist Dan Nettles, Kenosha Kid also
features bassist Robby Handley and drummer Marlon
Patton. The group is packed with music, mischief, general
mayhem, and offers a sound far from the middle of the
road, serving noise-rock fans and jam band listeners
equally.

I don’t think I can make it out tonight but if I do I will be at Old Skool Trio then I want to catch Joe Cat at Tues. Confessional. Wed.I’m bouncing between Sweet Knievel and Gialanella, Wiles and Hart. Thurs is really crazy,I have an AHRF meeting, I’m definitely going to Flash To Bang Time and then Kite To The Moon. I will try to catch Kyshona’s 1st set then to the Southern Belles before setting up recorder for Patton / Nelson Duet and Pocket Full of Claptonite. Fri is Cosmic Charlie and I hope to catch Manray and National Anthem. Sat I will be out of town. Mon is Big C’s Blues Night and Kenosha Kid.Tues I will probably be at Johnny Roquemore..
