Music This Week July 15th thru July 21st

Hey there,
I have really focused on editing and posting some of the festivals I recorded. I have all of the three main stages at Purple Hatter’s Ball posted and I’m making good progress with AURA and Springfest. Check them out. If you like Toubab Krewe check out Purple Hatter’s Ball on Sat May 9th for Benyoro then Raja Kassis’s Humanbeing then Toubab Krewe. After that they all got together and formed Supermande Jam. Awesome! Some other standouts are Sex Manatee’s Basshole and the Scott Campbell Band w/ Avis Berry played the entire Blind Faith’s Sea Of Joy. Of course there are the last two Dubconscious shows. Love you Carl.
I caught a great movie I missed, Pink Floyd: Behind the Wall. It came out in 2000. A great documentary really showing a lot of early Floyd with Syd. Not only do you hear the growth of the band especially Nick’s drumming but it also shows a lot of the underground scene in Europe at that time. Thank you Owsley.
Don’t forget Camp Amped @ Nuçi’s Space this Sat at 7 pm.
