Music This Week Dec 12th thru Dec 18th

Hey there,
Light week but a lot of great shows. I have finally finished posting the last day of ATHFEST and hopefully by the time you read this I will have posted Stokeswood, Bear Left, this month’s Blues Jam w/ Big C, Dumpstaphunk and both Consider the Source shows, the opener for Dumpstaphunk and the after show at Green Room. My first time in Green Room, I like the venue a lot. The Consider the Source shows were off the hook, my favorite shows of the week. When you listen to the show know that it is only a trio, drums, bass and double neck guitar no other instruments. Amazing shows!
Don’t forget the best lineup of the week is at The Office Lounge for the 4th Annual Strung Out Like the Lights at Christmastime Featuring MrJordanMrTonks, Deja Vu, 90 Acre Farm, Jim White, Mike Ferrio, Kimberly Gibson Morgan, Dodd Ferrelle and the Sweepings, Welfare Liners, Burning Angels, Betsy Franck, David Barbe and the Quick Hooks, Bloodkin and Romper Stompers. Empty Stocking Fundraiser!

Sat I might not be in town and if I am I don’t know where I’ll be. Three great shows to choose from with Matt Hudgens, Ike Stubblefield with Papa Mali and Bloodkin, the latter is where I’m leaning as this is their 25th anniversary show. Mon I’ll be at Drew’s jazz funk jam and Tues I’ll finally get to see one of my all time favorites, Kenosha Kid.
I hope to see y’all at the shows.
Peace and Love,
