Music This Week Mar 9th thru Mar 15th

Hey there,
AURA was fantastic. Great way to start festival season. I’m a little worried about its future. The Okeechobee festival started this year and is  the same time as AURA and seems to have taken a lot of the crowd. Still AURA was packed with fantastic music. My favorites were The Main Squeeze, Mike Dillon Band, The Disco Biscuits, Crazy Fingers and my surprise was Holly Bowling.
I’m really behind with everything here since I was gone for nearly a month so it will probably be this weekend before I finish posting AURA but I assure you it will be worth the wait.
We’re taking logo submissions for the 38th Annual Athens Human Rights Festival backdrop and T-shirts through mid march!! If you want to design a logo, you can either bring your drawing to one of our meetings, Thursdays 6:30pm at Nuci’s Space or submit it to jeff@rubysuegraphics.com. Also start thinking of a set list for your bands entry in the Battle of the Bands in April.
