Hey there,
Well it’s finally here, the 38th Athens Human Rights Festival. Please come out and join us for a fantastic weekend of informative speakers, incredible music and especially hugs Peace and Love. Don’t forget we are doing something different by starting Sun May Day with a Workers for Human Rights March at 1:00 ending back at stage and May pole.
We are at this time substantially  in debt for the festival and depend on y’all to help us by buying T-shirts, raffle tickets and donations. We want to keep America’s longest human rights festival going for years to come. You can make donations at : https://www.gofundme.com/rm5r9bww every little bit helps. Better yet come down and donate in person, stop by the info tables who knows, you might learn something!. Don’t forget to  get a T-shirt, they quickly become a collector’s item and a fashion must have or buy a raffle ticket. We will start around 6 pm today (April 29th) building the stage and preparing for the festival and could use your help. No skills necessary, we have enough things to do that we can find something for you to do. Also we’ll need help taking down everything on Sun so please stay after the incredible Caroline Aiken’s closing show and help.
On a sad note Llama Chuck’s llama Monco passed away a couple days ago and Chuck won’t be bringing the llamas this year. Please sent good thoughts to Chuck for his loss.
