Music This Week Oct 28th thru Nov 3rd

Well it’s finally here, the Wild Rumpus Athens version of Mardi Gras and hopefully it will soon be just as famous. A real Don’t Miss whether you participate or come to watch the spectacle. The bummer for me is it is the same time as Hulaween at Suwanee Music Park. I hope y’all have a safe and fantastic time.
Check out The Last Thursday with Don Chambers and Jay Gonzalez at Flicker. They will create a night of music, guest musicians, spoken word, film, magic and a variety of other surprises. The show will attempt to recreate a late-19th Century seance, popular with spiritualists in Europe and America as a means of communicating with the dead.
Also check out George Porter Jr. I highly recommend.
I have posted last week’s private party (same password as the others) and have make major strides towards completing MagnoliaFest. Enjoy!
